We have made every effort to source the highest quality products possible. These mousepads measure 9" wide and 8" tall by 1/4" thick. They have an open cell rubber backing. Your design is heat pressed into the poly surface for durability and resistance to normal wear and tear.

Our turn around time is usually very quick, but please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. All of our orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Our goal is to deliver a great product to happy customers. If your item is damaged in shipment, please let us know and send us a picture of the damaged item and we will be glad to send you a replacement.
Once an item is printed, it cannot be re-used; so please verify that any personalization; name, initials, monograms, etc.is correct before submitting your order. We will personalize your items based on the information that you provide in the “notes” section of your order. If we make a mistake on your name or initials, we will be happy to correct it and re-send.
