SLIM IPHONE CASE [hard plastic]: If you are someone who wants an iPhone case for decorative purposes and does not like the bulk associated with the “tough” cases, then the Slim iPhone case would be your best choice.

TOUGH IPHONE CASE [hard plastic with inner rubber liner] : If protecting your investment is important to you then the “Tough” style is going to be your best option. The hard plastic outer shell combined with the inner hard rubber lining provides your phone with the most protection at the best price.

HOW TO PERSONALIZE YOUR IPHONE CASE

Please use the comments section when ordering to provide us with your personalization preferences. Each iPhone case is made to order especially for you and will ship out to you in just a few business days.

Name, initials and monograms: When ordering, just tell us the name and/or initials you would like, and if we have any questions we will contact you through Etsy and send you a proof if necessary.

Order of initials for monograms should be: first, last, middle. The iPhone case will be printed with the initials in the order that are provided at checkout, so please make sure to verify that your initials are correct before submitting your order.

If you would like something that is not pictured in our Etsy shop, please feel free to send us a convo and we will be happy to create an iPhone case for you. We can even use your own personal photos of family or pets.

We ship all orders through USPS First Class Mail. If you need it by a specific date, please send us a convo to make sure we can produce it and get it to you in time.

Due to the fact that all of our iPhone cases are personalized, they cannot be reused once they are printed, so no refunds will be given. Please make sure that the information is correct (initials, monogram, phone model) when placing your order. If you discover that you have made an error, please let us know as soon as possible.
