Please use the comments section when ordering to provide us with your personalization preferences.
Name, initials and monograms: When ordering, just tell us the name and/or initials you would like, if we have any questions , we will contact you through Etsy convo and send you a proof if necessary.
Order of initials for monograms should be: first, last, middle. The license plates/frames will be printed with the initials in the order that you provide at checkout, so please make sure to verify that your initials are correct before submitting your order.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to create and print your license plates/frames. If we need you to approve a proof of your design, please respond quickly so that we can finish your order and ship it out.
We ship all orders through USPS First Class Mail. If you need it by a specific date, please send us a convo to make sure we can produce it and get it to you in time. The US Postal Service may take up to 10 days transit time from the Dallas area to various parts of the country.

Please make sure that the information to personalize your license plate/frame is correct (initials or monogram) when placing your order. If you make an error in the order of your initials, and we have already printed the order, we will not be able to provide you with a refund, so double check your personalization before submitting your order.
If we make a mistake on your order, then we will be happy to correct the mistake and re-send.
